Regional Flooding Insurance Claims

Carpet Court are the preferred supplier to all of the major insurance companies in New Zealand and our stores are working hard to manage the thousands of insurance claims that have been lodged as a result of the recent inclement weather event in the region. We have been instructed to action only those claims assigned to us through official channels with priority given to customers identified as vulnerable by insurance companies. If you have not already done so, lodge a claim with your insurer and to further assist us the following information will prove invaluable when our consultant visits. Photos of the damaged flooring, an A4 size offcut of any flooring that has been removed, a receipt relating to the purchase (if available)

Obviously, there will be some delays due to the sheer volume of claims but rest assured if you have lodged a claim our team will be in contact as soon as we are able.
