What our customers say

I bought my carpet from Carpet Court Albany. I found the staff very cooperative, patient and gave me good information to enable me make the right decision. I was very happy with the price and the delivery which was made as promised. The installation was very professional and we are very much enjoying our new carpet.

Dunya and the team at Carpet Court were wonderful and a massive support at helping with our flood renovations.
— Emma Mildon
We had two other companies do a measure and quote for us but the Carpet Court representative was so much more thorough. She pointed out some changes we should make to ensure a smooth installation with a better result underfoot. The installation itself was pain-free and we're so happy with our new Rhino carpet. Thank you, Carpet Court Albany.
— Chelsea McIntyre
Very friendly helpful staff. Gave us lots of samples to take home. And to top it off, gave us a great discount on the carpet we chose. Highly recommended.
— Craig Cooper
