Carpet Court Dunedin

We had a great experience having new kitchen flooring supplied and installed by the team at Carpet Court. Sarah helped us pick out the most suitable flooring and facilitated the whole process and we were so impressed with our installer, Jared, who did such a great job with such a positive attitude. A pleasure to work with, would recommend to family and friends!

I have now used Carpet Court twice to install carpets and vinyl flooring. The service I have received from Carpet Court Dunedin has been amazing on both occasions. Tracey was amazing and came up with a range of samples. Provided 2 quotes based on the same colour option. Justine followed up and kept me informed on dates and was so amenable and professional when we had to change the date of the installation. To top off our wonderful experience, we had the pleasure of two great young men, Thomas and Patrick, to do the installation. They did an amazing job. The carpet colour was a lighter beige and the joins were invisible to the eye. I cannot commend their professionalism and quality of work enough. They should be recognised for their work and their personable manner.

Carpet Court Dunedin were excellent all around. Would definitely recommend! From Miriam getting back and organising a time promptly for a quote for our carpet, to the office person taking my payment and signing of my quote, and the people who came and installed the carpet on the day. They made sure I knew everything required of me, even ringing the week before to make sure we were ready for them to vacuuming and leaving clean the area when they had finished. They even offered a person to come and trim the doors as we had bought thicker carpet than previously.

Recently had carpet and vinyl installed by Carpet Court installers. Nick on vinyl did the most superb job of laying vinyl I've ever seen, and Thomas complimented with the carpet laying, along with Tyler. Polite, friendly, helpful and professional. A pleasure to have in the home, so respectful, with an outstanding job done. Would recommend these men everytime. Thank you.

I have just had a home recarpeted and vinyl replaced by Carpet Court Dunedin. Two different crews and an outstanding staff member in Sarah to arrange the measure and quotes. This is the second home I have had done and I’m very happy with both the price and professional approach Carpet Court have displayed. Five stars all the way. Thank you.

We are thrilled with the Dunedin Carpet Court Team. Between Miriam's expert advice and Shane's amazing work in uplifting the carpet, fixing the unforseen then laying our luxury vinyl tile. We couldn't recommend the team enough. Thanks for making it a straightforward and easy renovation.
