What our customers say

Carpet Court Kumeu were amazing. Instantly replied to my enquiry, organised samples, they did a measure and quote a couple of days later. Three weeks later all done, an excellent job. Unlike so many businesses these days these guys do what they say in the time they say they will do it in. No hidden costs. Highly recommend. 10 Stars.

Excellent service by Tracey, Karla and the install team. The whole process from choosing the carpet, underlay and installation on the day was seamless. Special note to the install team, they worked really hard, got the whole place done in one day and did a quality installation job. They talked me through every step. Very impressed. Well done Carpet Court team.

Had a great experience from Ben. We emailed several companies in the area and he was the only one that was helpful. Easy to deal with and fast turn around with a great install.

Couldn't fault my whole experience with the Kumeu store. Ben from the first enquiry email has been a dream to deal with. Went out of his way to find the plans of our home, when I mentioned how busy I was to find measurements myself, to do a rough quote before having a chance to come in and check out carpet options. His attitude and workmanship is why we chose Carpet Court and didn't bother with anywhere else! He's been quick with response times, getting a great accurate measure.. even the install guys said it was pretty spot on, it's just a lovely experience all in all. Install itself went fab and the two lads that were here were tidy, efficient and got the job done beautifully. We are so pleased with the entire service.

Ben was amazing to work with for our client's project - He gave us all a great selection process and a quick measure. The carpet chosen ended up being only available in a timeframe that wouldn't meet the programming for the job so Ben suggested a commercial carpet which was visually close, harder wearing and the same price. Install was seamless despite being three different trades - vinyl, overlay and carpet. Highly recommend, don't skip over Ben at Carpet Court Kumeu!
