What our customers say

I cannot recommend Natalie highly enough!! This was not the only quote I received however her product knowledge, eye for colour, professional approach, obvious wealth of experience and friendliness stood out from the others. Everything occurred as and when she said it would, the quality of the installation is exceptional and my carpet looks amazing! Natalie understood what I wanted, was incredibly helpful, provided useful other trade contacts, was absolutely customer focused..... you know you're in safe hands!!

We can’t thank Natalie Porter enough for her amazing support with our COREtec installation. From start to finish, she guided us through the process with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Her product knowledge and attention to detail made everything so much easier, and we truly appreciated how responsive and approachable she was. Thanks to her, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free — and the flooring looks fantastic!

We got our carpet done recently at the Lower Hutt branch. Ciaran was very helpful and went out of his way to help us decide on what would work best and even came out on his day off! Couldn't be more thankful! Very happy with our new Rhino carpet, thanks Ciaran!
