What our customers say

Fantastic communication from all areas of the business. Great quality and fantastic install. 10/10 would recommend.

— Vanessa Bingham

As first time customers at Carpet Court Moorhouse we could not be happier with our whole experience. The shop staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable about their products and very friendly and accommodating. The carpet layer was an absolute delight. 23 years on the job and he is still very passionate about the finished product. Thanks, Carpet Court :) We highly recommend.

— Nicky Holland

We went there again a few days ago and Mark dealt with us. Awesome service and advice regarding the static belts I have been getting from the carpet we purchased 5 years ago. This is saving us a fortune replacing the carpet, so once again thank you Carpet Court, we'd certainly recommend you.

— Jenny Jarvis

Absolutely delighted with Carpet Court Moorhouse! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the carpet layer was a master of his trade. Excellent service and quality from start to finish. Highly recommend!

— Federico Tomasetto

Really great experience with Carpet Court. Eli is a very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient consultant and the Operations team were great communicators. The contractors they used to do the actual installation, Limitless, are beyond amazing. They did a fantastic job! Huge thank you to Jake, Donny and Duncan.

— Kirsty

Glenn and his team of installers were super helpful. They were excellent with communication, and went above and beyond for us. Even a year on, after no fault of their own, they came back free of charge, to move one hardwood plank to better suit our bathroom needs. Incredible service and would highly recommended them to anyone.
