What our customers say

What an amazing experience we had with this store. We were helped by Phoebe in the store. Her knowledge and help picking out our new carpet was fantastic. The whole set up just beats the pants off any other carpet store we went to. We selected our carpet on a Saturday and Phoebe was at our house Wednesday to take the measurements, the carpet was installed the following Wednesday. I cannot say enough good things about Carpet Court Mt Wellington and I would not hesitate advising anyone to visit this store if you are looking for new carpet. This store makes everything about the customer and do an amazing job. Thanks Team you are all amazing.

A great experience from start to finish. Natalie at the Lunn Ave store was friendly, knowledgeable and a great communicator throughout the whole process. Our installers, Hamish and Yantzee were the absolute BEST! You couldn't ask for a more harder working, happier crew. A total pleasure to have in the house. Our new carpet looks amazing and we couldn't have been happier with the team from Carpet Court Lunn Ave. Thanks heaps!

I had an incredible experience with Carpet Court Mt Wellington. After purchasing a property that urgently needed new carpet, Karlene was absolutely outstanding. Within just 72 hours, my home was measured, the carpet ordered, and the installation completed to an exceptionally high standard — all at a very competitive price. This was achieved under a very tight deadline, just before I was due to travel overseas and so close to Christmas, which made it even more impressive. I cannot speak highly enough of Karlene and her team and would wholeheartedly recommend Carpet Court Mt Wellington to anyone looking for honest, friendly, prompt service and excellent value. Thank you all so much!

Sue-Marie and the team here went the extra mile to help us with a short turn around between tenancies. Within 3 days they were able to measure, provide a quote and get the installation done. Overall highly recommended the team here at Carpet Court Mt Wellington.
