What our customers say

Very pleased with the carpet laying Carpet Court Newmarket did for us today. Guys arrived on time and did an excellent job laying it. Highly recommended.

Compliments to Sarab, he provided excellent professional advice on wood flooring, and is very knowledgeable about the many alternatives. Well done Sarab. Much appreciated.

— Karen Dickson

Excellent service from Rebecca, especially when she came to our house to measure our carpet, and it was great to chat with her.

— Oliver Mitchell

We owe deep gratitude to Kevin for his support in organising the new flooring and carpet for our home after the January flood. He was knowledgeable, efficient and was a great person to support us in those stressful days.

— Yvonne Hoffmann

Amazing service from Jay at Carpet Court Newmarket. I put through an online enquiry, he phoned me having already checked the carpet I was after as it was discontinued, and found the last roll in NZ. He then came and measured for the job right away, and had a quote back later that day, we had the carpet in within the week. Totally surpassed our expectations. Answered all my pesky questions and never faltered, and followed up after the install to check everything was okay. Highly recommend!!

Great location in Newmarket with customer parking right outside the store. Showroom is spacious and well laid-out, and the team is both knowledgeable and welcoming. Friendly yet professional atmosphere that makes visiting them a breeze.
