Carpet Court Rangiora

Kate is amazing! She was so patient with me and so helpful in choosing a colour and type of carpet that would be suitable for our family and budget. I’ve honestly never experienced customer service like it, highly recommend, thank you so much again it looks and feels fantastic, also a big thanks to Jon the installer for being so great to. Wonderful experience.

Great staff. Looked up our 8 year old purchase history to help us with choices and gave approximate price for what we were looking at, without being asked. Helpful without being pushy!

Having just completed a full renovation on our home, the final step was to replace the flooring throughout. When we’d replaced the kitchen and updated the laundry and entry areas before Christmas we had installed new planking in these areas. We have been super happy with the new planking however the icing on the cake was the Rhino carpet installed throughout the remainder of the living areas and bedrooms. We’re super happy with the service we received, in particular from Mark Blackbourn at Carpet Court Rangiora. Great value for money, competitive pricing and nothing was a problem. Great follow up service, complete with getting the mats bound and delivered. Highly recommend if you’re after great customer service and excellent value for money.

Easy to deal with and offered the best price compared to others in Rangiora.

Even though it was many months ago that I got my carpet, I did want to say how happy I was with the entire process. Everything, excellent! Particularly Martin, who was super helpful. I walked in not knowing anything about what sort of carpet I was wanting and was a tad overwhelmed with the selection. Martin asked lots of questions to determine what direction to point me in, and was immensely helpful and informative. Highly recommend. The man who came and laid the carpet was fantastic too. He worked hard all day, and was cheerful and polite all through. A+

We saw a carpet sale advertised so called into the store in Rangiora to discuss options and pick up samples. Mark provided very useful information to narrow down preferences and meet our needs as we have 2 inside cats and frequent visits from family and grandkids. Measure and laying appointments were made to fit in with us. Contractors who came were polite and hardworking, and have done a great job. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carpet Court Rangiora - thank you.

Absolutely stoked with the support I got today from Sheila-Marie when trying to sort a tricky carpet patching situation. Over the moon with the result. This team are so friendly and accommodating. Thank you.
