Carpet Court Riccarton

I wanted to cover an existing concrete floor with something more aesthetically pleasing. Steve from Carpet Court came out to discuss my options. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and after discussing different products I settled on a floating floor from COREtec in Tasman Oak. On installation Jamie the layer found a problem with the planks which caused a slight delay for the layer. Carpet Court ordered more product and the problem was suitably resolved. I am so happy with the outcome, the floor looks fantastic and exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Steve and Jamie for making this happen.

Carpet Court staff were a great help to choose the carpet that was right for me, were timely in quoting and efficient in contacting me re a date for delivery. They were flexible and sympathetic when a personal issue made the original carpet laying date difficult for me and rescheduled. I have just had my carpet laid over the last 2 days and wanted to mention the carpet installation team of Kerryn, Ray and Logan who went the extra mile. They moved furniture, fixed a squeaky floorboard, were very pleasant and respectful. And of course, did a marvelous job of laying the carpet.

I dropped a floor plan into Carpet Court in the morning asking for a quotation for a house load of carpet, Steve emailed a very competitive quotation through that afternoon. We placed the order, Steve came out for a final measure and Lisa provided install dates. Lisa rang two days before the installers were due to start to make sure the house was clear of furniture. Ross and Bryan arrived as arranged and laid the carpet over a day and a half. Their workmanship is outstanding, the service from the whole team at Carpet court is hard to fault. We are thrilled with the final install. Thank you all for a job well done. Will be recommending Carpet Court in the future. Peter and Andrea.

We found Emma really great to deal with and she had a good knowledge of the carpets we were looking at, thanks Emma.

Very happy with the team at Carpet Court Riccarton. Emma on the front counter was helpful and knowledgeable with the different carpet options and colours. Lisa had good communication and put the deal together. They made the experience very easy. Would highly recommended.
