What our customers say

I have had a very pleasant experience each time I have visited their showroom with friendly and excellent service from both Richard and Sarah. However, it's when things don't quite go according to plan that true service is experienced and these two went over and beyond to make sure that the product was made available and delivered to me on time. I am very grateful and have no hesitation in recommending this company...good old fashioned service is still alive...thank you guys.

We have just purchased carpets and laminate flooring for our home. Richard Carter from Carpet Court Silverdale has been a pleasure to deal with. He spent countless hours talking us through options, colours and all the pros and cons of each product. His customer service has been exceptional and we are very grateful to have had his expertise and advice. We love the end result.
— Tim Munnik
100% satisfied with the whole process. From selecting to laying in 4 weeks. Amazing throughout the whole process. Heaps of thanks to the full team.
— Kevin and Dawn Pengelly
Wow! Richard really goes above and beyond and I can tell he has a genuine passion and care for his clients. He has been great to deal with from start to finish and really saved us from a disappointing experience with a competitor in the area. Thank you sooooo much Richard! Highly recommend.
— Opal Colmar Jones
A positive experience from start to finish. We are thrilled with the quality and look of our new vinyl flooring. We can't praise the workmanship of the installer highly enough. Many thanks to Richard and the team.
