We are delighted to announce that we won gold for the Readers Digest Quality Service Award for 2018!
Readers Digest Quality Service Award is an annual award that is a result of the Quality Service survey. Each year Readers Digest survey 1,500 New Zealand adults. Each respondent is required to nominate a service provider across 41 categories. The respondent must have used the service provider in that industry in order for their vote to qualify.
The respondents are asked to rank their experience with the listed companies according to four questions:
“Personalisation: Was an individual customer experience provided?”
“Understanding: Was a genuine insight into the customer’s needs demonstrated?”
“Simplicity: Was dealing with the company quick and easy?”
“Satisfaction: Was the customer’s expectation met and, even better, exceeded?”
The highest rated companies are then awarded gold and the next closest awarded silver.
Customer service is an area of the business that we have been putting a lot of work into the last couple of years and it is going to be a continued focus in the future.
