Mapusaga Aoga Amata Project

We are a Samoan language full emersion centre in Woolston, Christchurch. We are registered for 29 children.

We would love to have new carpet for our children to use everyday. The money freed up will mean we have more money to help improve our learning spaces by buying more furniture or resources for the children.

Mapusaga Aoga Amata would like to thank Carpet Court and the RhinoKids Project for our new carpet. It has made such a big difference in our centre, the children absolutely love the fresh looking carpet and the parents are happy their children are in a better learning space. Special thank you to Sheila-Marie who was there helping us every step of the process and also Mark and his team who were so helpful and accommodating to our needs when installing our carpet. It’s been a quick an easy process from start to finish. Thank you again for accepting our application.

Everyone at Mapusaga Aoga Amata was very inviting throughout the whole process, never wavering their excitement or willingness to help. It especially has been an absolute pleasure to work with Havana, and seeing her get excited for the children to experience the difference that the new flooring will make to the dynamics of the room. They needed something hard wearing, that could handle the activities of children over 2. Their new carpet tiles that replaced the well worn carpet will fit the criteria nicely. We wish them all the best and hope they enjoy their new flooring.
