From the time we entered the Lower Hutt Store to the time our carpet and vinyl was installed our consultant Natalie was a joy to deal with she was extremely friendly and helpful, she advised and showed us just what we wanted, she turned up to measure up on time and informed us that a higher quality carpet was on sale and that we would save on costs if we selected it. After installation she rang to check that everything was satisfactory and we had no complaints. We would have no hesitation on dealing with her again. We are extremely happy with the whole process.
