Otumoetai Sports and Recreation Club Inc

Otumoetai Sport and Recreation is a non-profit organisation that works for the community. The space has a numbers of user groups that serves the local community. The Football club is the primary user but other groups such as astronomy, scouts, cricket, photographers, exercise groups and play groups use the space too.

The existing carpet was put in as a temporary option when the building was built 13 years ago. As well as the look of it being very worn, it is also seeing wear and tear particularly on the edges so an update is much needed.

The RhinoKids Flooring Fund will give us the opportunity to upgrade the existing carpet to benefit all user groups.

We would like to sincerely thank Carpet Court for their very kind donation of carpet tiles to the Otumoetai Sports and Recreation Club Inc. This Club is focused on running a multi-use facility in the heart of Matua at Fergusson Park for the wider community and your generous donation has enabled the hall sector of the clubrooms to be greatly enhanced. The hall is used extensively, not only by members of OSRC but also numerous community groups who have provided very positive comments about this upgrade.
