Rhino Original Collection
SmartStrand®
37% of the polymer used in manufacturing of our Rhino SmartStrand® carpets is derived from renewable, plant-based material – corn glucose. This reduces use of the natural resources and energy consumption in the manufacturing process.
Certificates
OEKO-TEX and Green Label Plus Certified. This means that every component of the product, i.e. every tuft, backing and treatment, has been tested and the product is harmless to human health.
Rhino Comfort & Performance Collection
Healthy to Live On
Rhino Comfort and Performance ranges are infused with Silver Ion nanoparticles. These particles have excellent antimicrobial efficiency of killing 95.6% of common household bacteria like Staphylococcus aureus. While also releasing very low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) which is half of CARB2 (Californian standards) and 4 times better than the E1 European standards. It kills dust mites and fungus and also eliminates stinky odours from the environment.
Easier to Live With
Each fibre is coated in RhinoShield® a hydrophobic Nanotechnology – repelling liquids making every day maintenance easier.*

Malmo Madrid & Malmo Valencia
ECONYL® 100% Solution-dyed Nylon
A 100% recycled yarn made from nylon waste such as old carpets, fabric swatches or fishing nets. Through the regeneration process, ECONYL® yarn never loses its virgin qualities which means it can be recycled a infinite amount of times, making it a perfect sustainable fibre solution with the same qualitative characteristics as traditional nylon.
Dunlop Rhino Platinum and Dreamwalk Underlays
Recycled Foam
Dunlop Carpet Cushion is manufactured using a mixture of foam off cuts from furniture and bed factories and leftover trims from their own installations. They use new high quality foam off-cuts from New Zealand and European furniture and bed factories that have the required comfort properties. These off-cuts are otherwise destined for landfill and make up over 90% of the materials used.
Supplier Information
Dunlop partners with participating carpet retailers to collect unused carpet cushion, together with off-cuts and trims, for distribution back to their manufacturing facility. Here it is sorted, and ultimately recycled into new reusable underlay. This brand new carpet cushion is then passed onto the retailer, who in turn installs this within your home or office under your new carpet.
Rhino EverCore & Premium LVT
Healthy to Live On
RhinoShield® coating on our Rhino EverCore range kills 99.5% of surface bacteria. It also releases very low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) which is half of CARB2 (Californian standards) and 4 times better than the E1 European standards. Rhinoshield kills dust mites and fungus and also eliminates stinky odours from the environment.
Rhino EverCore does not require VOC emitting glues and is thus a safer choice for people with allergies.

COREtec
Cork Underlayment
COREtec floors have a cork underlayment that provides a comfortable cushion underfoot because it “gives” when compressed. Cork is one of the most sustainable materials out there. It is harvested from the cork tree and can be re-harvested every decade without damaging the tree. Cork naturally resists mould and mildew, improving comfort, warmth and sound quality.
