Matawai Playcentre Project

Matawai is a very isolated rural area, so Matawai Playcentre is a crucial part of our community for children’s socialisation and to help our mums get out of the house and off the farm.

We are wanting new carpet for our mat area as we currently only have avery thin and worn rug. A soft carpet with underlay would hugely increase comfort and warmth for our young children, babies, and mums. A comfortable mat area would prolong children’s ability to listen when at mat time, and be much more comfortable for the babies who spendlots of time playing on the floor.
