An update from us on COVID-19

Dear Customer,


Due to the current COVID situation we wanted to update you on how this may also impact your order/job with Carpet Court in the coming weeks.

Our stores remain open and the teams are working hard to fulfil orders/jobs however like many other businesses are short-staffed and working with reduced capacity. Some of our suppliers are already experiencing delays in product delivery, which is further impacted by reduced capacity in transportation services. We will be in touch if this will affect you directly.

If for any reason you need to reschedule your installation, including if your household is isolating please contact us ASAP.

Please bear with as we work through the challenging situation, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

We have the following options available to help you find your perfect flooring solution; in-store, in-home or virtual consultations.

  • Our retail stores will be open with 2m social distancing taking place and all staff and customers are required to wear a face covering at all times while in store
  • If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms please do not visit us in-store or request we come to your home, we can help you with any queries over the phone, provide you with a virtual consultation or alternatively you can browse our flooring range on our website. We will be happy to meet with you once you are better
  • As at all other levels we are maintaining routine cleaning and high standards of hygiene and asking all employees to stay at home if they are feeling unwell
