An update from us on COVID-19

Dear Valued Customer

Following the announcement by the New Zealand Government where by all regions excluding Auckland will be moving to Alert Level 1 and the Auckland region moving to Alert Level 2 from midnight tonight, Saturday 6th March,  we want to remind our customers that we are taking our role in containing the spread of COVID-19 seriously and are operating safe business practices to ensure this.

Alert Level 1 – All regions excluding Auckland

  • For your safety we have contact tracing in place. Please use use the NZ Contact Tracer App to scan the QR code when you enter our stores or alternatively sign in manually
  • As at all other levels we are maintaining routine cleaning and high standards of hygiene and asking all employees to stay at home if they are feeling unwell

Alert Level 2 – Auckland

We have the following options available to help you find your perfect flooring solution; in-store, in-home or virtual consultations.

To help keep our customers and our team members safe we have implemented the following guidelines:

  • If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms please do not visit us in-store or request we come to your home, we can help you with any queries over the phone, provide you with virtual consultations or alternatively you can browse our flooring range on our website. We will be happy to meet with you once you are better

  • Please maintain social distancing at all times where possible

Due to the recent developments in relation to COVID-19 and the Government’s announcement of moving Auckland to Level 3 and the remainder of the country to Level 2 we will be making the following changes to trading as at 6am 28/02/2021 until further notice.

 

Alert Level 2 – All regions excluding Auckland

We are taking our role in containing the spread of COVID-19 seriously and are operating safe business practices to ensure this.

We have the following options available to help you find your perfect flooring solution; in-store, in-home or virtual consultations. Our range is available to browse online, there is also the option to purchase hardflooring through our clearance site.

To help keep our customers and our team members safe we have implemented the following guidelines:

Alert Level 3 – All Auckland stores

The New Zealand Government has recently announced a move to COVID-19 Alert Level 3 which means the following for our customers:

We have a Level 3 safe working procedure for installation services in accordance with the COVID-19 guidance and the Construction Health & Safety NZ COVID-19 protocols.

While all our retail stores will be closed to the public from midnight Sunday 14 February, our sales consultants are available to provide virtual consultations and can deliver samples to your home during Level 3.

There are a number of health and safety procedures that we have set up during this time to maintain the safety of you, our valued customer and our team including health and risk assessments of staff and customers, hygiene measures, practising safe distancing, appropriate PPE and recorded contact tracing.

As we operated previously at Level 3 we have robust guidelines for installation that are in place to ensure all our customers and teams stay safe.
