I dealt with Alexia Wolf at Carpet Court Silverdale. Every time I walked into Carpet Court, Alexia greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. Being a Sales and Customer Service Manager myself, I have a high expectation when it comes to customer service and Alexia exceeded all my expectations. All the staff at Carpet Court Silverdale were very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
In store information easily available and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our request for a quote was dealt with promptly and a sample of the carpet we chose was delivered promptly. The person who installed the carpet was very efficient, explaining what he would be doing as he went along. We are very pleased with how our purchase went from quote to installation, and we are now considering a further purchase to carpet our bedrooms. Altogether a stress-free experience. Our thanks to everyone we dealt with.
Very customer friendly people. Took the time to understand what I wanted and to offer advice in that regard. Equally important, they did what they said they would do – provided a measure and quote within days of my visiting the store, Installed on the day and time they said they would. (Job is not quite finished yet – not their fault – but I expect it will be as soon as possible.
Carpet Court was founded in the 1960’s by a small group of like-minded flooring retailers looking to establish a better experience and provide greater value for our customers. Today our flourishing business has 57 stores nationwide with a reputation reflecting our longstanding presence in the market and the thousands of homes we have installed carpet and hardflooring into over the decades.
We are New Zealand’s most trusted and preferred flooring retailer and work hard to ensure our customers enjoy the process of purchasing flooring which can often be a confusing and stressful experience. Our Customer Service focus has been recognised by winning Gold (for the second year in a row) for flooring stores in the Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards - an area we continually strive to improve upon.
